I have over 17 years experience within the banking industry and during that time obtained various qualifications. These being;-

I will use all of the above to ensure that not only the service you receive is exceptional but also the product recommended meets your needs.
I also do not charge a direct fee for the services provided.

I offer expertise and I am able to offer advice and recommendations for your protection needs. I can offer life cover, critical illness cover and income protection.
We work from a comprehensive panel which is representative of the whole of the mark to ensure you get the most suitable deal.
Location
I can come and visit you at a place to suit you, whether that be home or work, or any place convenient for you. I can also offer all services over the telephone or via email. I am here to ensure I meet your needs and that the process runs as smoothly as possible.
Risk Warnings
A mortgage is a loan secured against your home or property. Your home or property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Most forms of Buy to Let mortgage are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.
Protection plans with no investment element will have no cash in value at any time and will cease at the end of the term. If premiums are not maintained then cover will lapse.
Critical Illness plans may not cover all the definitions of a critical illness. The definitions vary between product providers and will be described in the key features and policy document if you go ahead with a plan.

Leila's Story
In 2018 at the age of 30, I got diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Although this was hard news to take, I was smart and had critical illness cover in place. This amount paid out and gave myself the freedom to pay off my mortgage and have money in the bank should I need it for private healthcare and so on. Although this news was devastating for me, I now want to raise awareness of the importance of the cover and help protect as many customers as possible to ensure if you were to get diagnosed, you have sufficient cover in place. Not only can I assist with your protection needs I can also help you find the right mortgage for you.

What are our Fees and Charges?
Insurance
We will not charge you a fee for our services relating to insurance, but we will receive commission from the product provider. The commission will be calculated as a proportion of the premiums paid for the insurance product. You will receive a quotation which will tell you about the fees and charges relating to any insurance policy that we recommend.
Mortgages
No fee will be charged for our advice services. We will be paid a procuration fee from the lender. We will also be paid a procuration fee by the lender. The amount of the procuration fee will be disclosed to you. You have the right to ask us to provide information on the range of procuration fees that the lenders on our panels offer to us. If an application is submitted to a lender via a packager (a 3rd party specialist) we will be paid commission by the packager. This will be disclosed to you.
